Aerial Gentle

With the hammock hung one foot from the floor, enjoy a slow pace and gentler aerial flow that allows the practitioner to understand the hammock as a prop and provide relaxation for tired muscles, all awhile awakening the soul.

AERIAL fit

Explore the yin and yang of the yoga hammock as we build strength and confidence in the hammock. This class incorporates aerial yoga with  versatile techniques from various forms of movement such dance, plyometrics and calisthenics. In this class one will increase flexibility, strength and endurance.

Aerial Restorative

Practice Restorative with the assistance of the yoga hammock. You must already be familiar with how to get in and out of the sling. An aerial basics class is required prior to this class or previous experience in aerial yoga. 

AERIAL YIN

Practice Yin with the assistance of the yoga hammock. You must already be familiar with how to get in and out of the sling. An aerial basics class is required prior to this class or previous experience in aerial yoga. 

Aerial Yoga

Receive amazing health benefits while having fun and taking your practice to new heights! A basic foundation of poses and previous experience getting in and out of the sling will ensure that you receive the most benefit from this class. 

Air Savasana

Enjoy gentle movement inside the hammock to relax the body to release any stress or tension.  The gentle movement is followed by a relaxing savasana nestled in the hammock.  This 15 minute mid day relaxation is a special gift and absolutely necessary for every person.

For women only, Bellyfit® classes are intelligently designed to give you the full body workout you need, the mental calm you deserve and the spiritual connection you crave. Expect 30 minutes of awesome cardio moves inspired by Belly Dance, African and Indian Dance, then we'll come down to the floor for 30 minutes of deep core work and a relaxing Yoga inspired stretch to finish it all off! This is the cardio dance class with Spirit you've been looking for!

Chair Yoga Lunch Crunch

Find strength and dexterity in this highly accessible class. Postures will be accessed from a variety of sitting and standing positions using the chair as the main prop.

Easy Flow is a class that anyone can take. It focuses on modifications and the feel of the pose rather than the look of the pose. Chairs and props are used as needed for this highly accessible class.

Galactic Slow Flow Vinyasa

Rhythmic beats and galactic sounds guide an inwardly focused vinyasa practice in a dark environment where you are encouraged to feel, rather then see, your way through the experience.

Guided Self Reiki and Healing Hour

Reiki is a traditional Japanese system of hands-on healing. Join us every Thursday evening to learn and practice self-healing, receive Reiki from a certified master teacher, and leave feeling relaxed, restored, and empowered in your ability to heal yourself.  Students will be seated on a cushion or in a chair for this 1-hour class.

Happy Hour PiYo Flow

A powerful combination of Pilates and Yoga, this practice involves a well rounded workout involving core, cardio, Pilates and yoga. Increase of muscle tone and definition, improvement in balance and reduce injury as you build muscle to protect joints. Let’s build fire in our bodies and most importantly in our hearts.

Hot Power Flow Vinyasa

Dynamic and challenging vinyasa synchronizes breath and builds strength through continuous movement. The teacher creates a series of Sun Salutations, walks the class through the movements, then allows the class some time to experience the flow at their own pace and breath. This practice is typically accompanied by more up-beat music.

Hot Vinyasa

Breath and poses are linked to movement to create a stimulating workout while quieting the mind. Class is heated.

Intentional Yoga

Flow at 1:00 with Jamie. Description - Improve your yoga practice and explore fun peak poses in this 60-minute class. Great for yogis looking to explore arm balances and more complex poses, this class will intentionally set you up for a peak pose and then break down the pose to make it more accessible. Gain confidence and add challenge to your practice in this class.

Kids Yoga

This yoga class is paired with the Adult's yoga that occurs at the same time. Drop off the kids and take a yoga class! All ages 1 and up are welcome. Kids play with yoga and breath while mom or dad takes some precious 'Me Time'. The adult must stay on site. 

Lunch Crunch

Can't find the time to squeeze yoga into your busy schedule? Take our condensed easy flow yoga class designed help break up the work day, lower stress, and get you back to work in less than an hour! There is also a yummy salad place just next door. You have the option to place an order before class and it will be ready for you when class is finished.  

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow Flow means a delicious balance of movement and stillness, effort and ease. While lower impact than regular Vinyasa classes, this class will support strengthening and lengthening the muscles, improving balance and range of motion, while also finding deep relaxation in moving meditation.

Traditional Indian Breath Yoga

Follow Ketna on a journey of the body and breath as she takes you through the poses. Ketna studied in India under A.G. Mohan and Indra Mohan long time students of T. Krishnamacharya. We are honored and pleased to be able to bring you this version of a several thousand year old Indian tradition.

Vinyasa

A powerful and dynamic form of yoga linking movement with breath that can result in a moving meditation. Awake the body and quiet the mind. 

Vinyasa with meditation

Vinyasa can be described as moving meditation when the breath and movement create a calmness in the mind. End class with a 10 minute siting meditation to really bring together the health and spiritual wellness that can be found with yoga. 

Woke Flow

Woke Flow is a heated power vinyasa classes that incorporate elements of meditation, pranayama, and fun!  The class is set to a curated playlist of organic beats and is aimed at reducing the noise of the mind through powerful and intentional movements of the body.

Yin Vin Nidra

The class begins with breathwork to settle into the practice and next moves to Yin - slow, long holding shapes that help gently stretch the connective tissues. At the midpoint, experience gentle Vinyasa flow and last, wrap up with a 20 minute Nidra session - the sleeping yoga - simply relax in savasana and listen.  The class is appropriate for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Yoga Basics

Have you ever wanted to try yoga, but don't know where to start? What to bring or wear? How to act. What type of yoga should you try out? This six-week series demystifies the yoga practice and will get you comfortable with poses and sayings. Learn how to practice yoga confidently and safely in any setting. This class is good for beginners or anyone that feels they may have gaps in their foundation. 

The class is available on Monday and Thursday evenings. Pick either night of the week to attend for that week. 

All other regularly scheduled one hour classes are free while taking this series. 

Come wearing comfortable clothes.
